Yaroslav Kulick will take part in National Legal Congress

On the 11th of December 2013 within the framework of National Legal Congress there will be discussion session, dedicated to the issues of antitrust legislative development, Yaroslav Kulick, the head of ART DE LEX Competition practice, will take part in it as a speaker.
National Legal Congress has its aims in detailed examination and review existent changes on Russian legal market; assistance to legal culture increasing; openness and transparency of court system; and law reforms conduction in Russia. The Congress is ground, acknowledged by a professional community, which traditionally units more than 250 representatives of Russian courts, law firms, state and public organizations, business structures, and also notable figures in law and jurisprudence.
Russian Agency on Legal and Judicial Information (RAPSI) with the support of RIA Novosti Group were organizers of the Congress.
