The newspaper Kommersant published the results of its study of the Russian legal market that rates the law firms specializing in certain types of dispute resolution, the most significant disputes of the year, and the leading lawyers for specific types of dispute resolution.

According to independent editorial experts, the ART DE LEX law firm has become a leader in the fields of antitrust law, investment and financial dispute resolution, bank dispute resolution, real estate and construction law, as well as bankruptcy law related to credit institutions.

In addition to rating law firms specializing in certain types of dispute resolution, Kommersant rated individual lawyers on key types of disputes, noting Dmitry Magonya, the managing partner of ART DE LEX, as a leading expert in the areas of commercial dispute resolution as well as debt collection and bankruptcy.

According to Kommersant, Evgeny Arbuzov, a partner at ART DE LEX, is a landmark lawyer in the field of investment and financial disputes, while Yaroslav Kulik, a partner and the head of the competition practice at ART DE LEX, has taken the lead in public law disputes.

The study assessed the experience of lawyers, evaluated their participation in specific projects, assessed their law-making and expert activities, and considered feedback about them from both clients as well as peer reviewers.
