Regional Public Organization "Center For Internet-Technologies" (RPOCIT) teams up with ART DE LEX to launch monitoring of violations of the principle of neutrality by media platforms

The principle of neutrality is observed when:

- Platforms do not put one user in a better or worse position compared to other users,
- Platforms rank content in the recommendation system based on user preferences and popularity only,
- Platforms block only content that violates national laws.

RPOCIT and ART DE LEX join hands to monitor media platforms regarding violations of the principle of their neutrality and provide free legal and information support to users and content creators who have encountered such violations.
