Alexander Tonkonog will strengthen the ART DE LEX team as a partner in the Criminal Law Practice
Alexander Tonkonog has 13 years of experience with protecting the interests of clients in criminal cases of particular complexity, including economic and official cases.
Mr. Tonkonog represented one of the defendants in a well-known embezzlement case related to the construction of a large facility for the military and space industry. He represented the interests of one of the top Sochi city administrators who had faced accusations of corruption, and the court subsequently dismissed all charges. Mr. Tonkonog also has experience in successfully protecting individuals accused of illegal banking activities and tax evasion.
Prior to joining ART DE LEX, Alexander Tonkong worked in the investigative agencies in Moscow. He then founded Alexander Tonkonog and Partners, which was a member of the Moscow Bar Association, and for eight years, he managed the firm.
