Victor Fadeev took part in the 7th All-Russian Forum “Medical Product Circulation. Problem zones - 2014” as an expert for legal matters. In the course of meeting, the participants discussed the issues regarding the application of Federal law №223-FZ of 18.07.2011 “On Procurement of Goods, Works and Services by Certain Legal Entities”, the proposed modification of Federal law №223-FZ with grounds for such amendments through illustration of modern judicial practice, practical aspects of Federal law №44-FZ of 05.04.2013 “On the Contract System in State and Municipal Procurement of Goods, Works and Services” and statutory acts and regulations that have been and will be enacted for proper application of Federal law №44-FZ.
