Legislative committee of National Association of Procurement Institutes (NAPI) summarized the year of 2013.

Partners and associates of ART DE LEX take an active role in rendering community services within National Association of Procurement Institutes (NAPI) which was established in 2012 by the media-holding “Expert” and All-Russian Public Organization “Delovaya Rossiya” and was fully engaged with the drafting of the law on contract system.
