Maxim Nikitin was appointed Head of Corporate Law practice at the law firm ART DE LEX. Maxim has more than 12 years of experience in international law firms, as well as at in-house positions in foreign telecom and metallurgical holding companies, he has implemented cross-border projects of high complexity.
