According to the results of the legal market research published in the thematic supplement of the newspaper Kommersant, ART DE LEX is noted as one of the strongest consultants in several branches of law

Kommersant publishes industry ratings on a number of key practice areas of law firms, and the ART DE LEX team is on the list of leaders in such fields as: transport and logistics; banks, finance, and insurance; development, construction, and operation; as well as heavy industry. ART DE LEX also received the best legal practices rating in such areas as antitrust regulation, land and real estate, capital markets, as well as the resolution of commercial and corporate disputes.

The managing partner of the ART DE LEX law firm, Dmitry Magonya, assessed the demand in the market through the prism of economic stabilization that began in the last year and the consequences of the 2014 crisis, which had reached a peak by that time. He said that, “along with the cautious rise of positive practices, like investment, construction, and real estate, the main drivers are, of course, the so-called conflictual practices: litigation, international arbitration, restructuring and bankruptcy, along with banks and finance.” Magonya also noted the role of regulatory practices, such as antitrust, taxation, and banking, is growing in crisis conditions. “Those who managed to consider these trends in advance and restructure their legal practice compete confidently in a market that changes in structure and shrinks in size.” He predicted that “those who left everything as it was will keep their expertise and bide their time.”

In addition to the rating of the best industry and legal practices, Kommersant presented individual ratings of leading lawyers, singling out the managing partner of ART DE LEX, Dmitry Magonya, as a significant expert in resolving commercial disputes and in the sphere of capital markets.

Furthermore, according to the rating, Evgeny Arbuzov, a partner and the head of the Real Estate and Construction practice at ART DE LEX, is a recognized lawyer in the field of land and real estate.

Yaroslav Kulik, a partner and the head of the Antimonopoly Practice of ART DE LEX, has taken the lead in the field of antitrust regulation, while Artur Zurabyan, the head of the International Disputes and Arbitration Practice at ART DE LEX, is noted in the field of corporate dispute resolution.

While drawing up its lists of leaders in the various areas of law, Kommersant did not use a monetary approach but relied on the important criteria of international ratings and feedback from clients and colleagues. ART DE LEX thanks its clients and colleagues for their positive evaluation of its firm and congratulates the other participants of the project on their well-deserved victories.
