The review “Intellectual property and Antitrust” prepared by the lawyers of ART DE LEX has been published in the international comparative legal guide of a series “Getting the deal through”

The article is devoted to the intellectual property’s legal regulation and its’ correlation with competition law. The authors paid attention to the special provisions about IP in the Russian competition legislation (for instance, the issues concerning abuse of dominant position in exercising of exclusive rights to the results of intellectual activity, the issues of unfair competition with using the results of intellectual activity and the peculiarities of M&A transactions, which are connected with IP).
