Anastasia Vasilenko | comments for "Business Petersburg": “Gazprom” entities file lawsuits against a Saint-Petersburg contractor for 570 million roubles

The Commercial Court of Saint-Petersburg and Leningrad Region agreed to hear a lawsuit of “Gazprom Investgazifikatsia Ltd.” (a PJSC “Gazprom” entity) claiming 313.8 million roubles from Saint-Petersburg-based “GRSP “Magnit” Ltd.”.

Under another dispute, “Gazprom Investgazifikatsia Ltd.” (GIG) is claiming from the same defendant 252.8 million roubles and requests the court to oblige the defendant to surrender the facility and all project documentation.
