"Over the past few months, the issue of foreclosure of the only housing has reached the Supreme Court several times. These are cases No. A50-34786/2017 (Determination of January 28, 2021 No. 309-ES20-15448) and A71-16753/2017 (Determination of October 29, 2020 No. 309-ES20-10004). And the judicial acts adopted by the Supreme Court were assessed ambiguously in the legal community," he noted.
