Artur Zurabyan comments on abolition procedure of custom incentives for Ukraine’s gas import in light of the annexation of Crimea into the Russian Federation

The incentive rate for Ukraine was established by the Government Decree N291. The annihilation of discount will be available only after the President of Russia signs the law on denunciation of the Black Sea Fleet Treaty, which was adopted by the Federation Council, and the Government abrogates or modifies the 291th Decree, explained the Head of International Arbitration and Dispute Resolution Practice in ART DE LEX Law Firm, Artur Zurabyan.
