Artur Zurabyan| A commentary for Advokatskaya Gazeta: Rosfinmonitoring again proposes the introduction of extrajudicial blocking of accounts

The new version of the draft amendments states that cash flow may be suspended for up to 10 days by decision of Rosfinmonitoring, the Federal Security Service or the Ministry of Internal Affairs, while the duration of this sanction is possible by court decision only.

Arthur Zurabyan, an advocate and head of ART DE LEX Dispute Resolution and International Arbitration Practices, believes that the amendments contained in the bill are consistent with the global experience and the current development of electronic payment means.
