Bank resolution is a set of measures that help restore the solvency of the bank. Such measures are used primarily in the interests of creditors and depositors, says Evgeny Arbuzov, a partner of ART DE LEX.  

Bank resolution must be economically feasible. This issue is not much different from the issue of reasonableness of any investment, which at least should pay off in the planned period, says lawyer of the Restructuring and Insolvency practice of ART DE LEX Sergei Zhuk.
