Federal Antimonopoly Service invites lawyers to debate on modification in respect of the law “On Protection of Competition”

Yaroslav Kulik is going to comment on the amendment package to the Law “On the Protection of Competition” drafted by the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia (FAS). Yaroslav will make remarks on the new provision regarding the supervision by antimonopoly agencies over the establishment of state and municipal unitary enterprises, as well as the proposed expansion of control over intellectual property rights.
