Where will union of Supreme Court and Supreme Commercial Court lead to?

Dmitry Magonya, managing partner of ART DE LEX, has given his view on Supreme Commercial Court abolition and delegation of its function to Supreme Court. Although corresponding amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation have been accepted by State Duma at the first reading, it is now obvious, that the final decision of this issue will affect on legal community and business, which scarcely will be able to rely on previous relative openness and efficiency of legal proceedings.
