PJSC “Karacharovsky Mechanical Plant” has been excluded from the list of systemic companies and actually deprived of access to government support and the possibility of using the moratorium on bankruptcy as a life ring. ART DE LEX is planning to appeal against the exclusion from the list. Companies may not be excluded without complying with the proper procedure and criteria, emphasises Yulia Shilova, an attorney of the ART DE LEX Business Restructuring and Bankruptcy Practice.
 
The firm has to go a long way of appeal, doomed to be challenging also because the plant is the first one excluded during the pandemic.
