In mid-October, RF President Vladimir Putin supported removal of restrictions from three Ukrainian enterprises oriented at export to Russia.

Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin expressed hope that Ukraine would give a mirror response to this goodwill gesture. The hope is justified: the Ukraine sanction policy is already changing – now, the top priority is given to economic interests.
