Apatite consumers sue against "PhosAgro" again

Despite the fact that Federal Antimonopoly Service (the FAS) tried to reconcile the conflicts in apatite concentrate market, the dispute between “PhosAgro” and its clients again flamed up. In December several apatite consumers once filed a lawsuit against the group in order to conclude new contracts on delivery of raw material.

For now “MINUDOBRENIYA” does not give any comments on the lawsuit. “We will follow the FAS recommendations while concluding contracts” – answered “PhosAgro”.
