Ministry of transport suggests that the right to sell tickets under “non-returnable” tariff should be returned to airline companies. The respective draft law was delivered by the ministry to the Government for consideration. It is estimated that it will help the carriers optimize the risks, and passengers might spare their money. Such measure may become a stepping stone to the foundation of a low-cost airline in Russia.
