The Supreme Court: The bankruptcy trustee has the right to request information on the relatives of the debtor's participants. Such a person has the right to apply to the court hearing the bankruptcy case for assistance in obtaining information from the registry office about the relatives and in-laws of the debtor's controlling persons. 

Yulia Shilova, an advocate of ART DE LEX law firm, points out that the RF Supreme Court has put an end to the dispute regarding the possibility for bankruptcy trustees to request information from civil registry offices about close relatives of persons who control the debtor. “The Supreme Court’s ruling is aimed at preventing the use of relatives to withdraw assets from bankrupt companies,” she notes.
