Lawyers drew attention of State Duma to Supreme Commercial Court abolition risks

Leading law companies in Russia, among which ART DE LEX occupies leading positions, have given their collective view on Supreme Commercial Court abolition in Russia by sending a letter addressed to legislators. Opinion of the majority practicing lawyers have been in close agreement in that fact that it is better to wait a little with acceptance of the changes, at the least till concomitant drafts are developed.
