Google under the collective IT scrutiny

Google is facing new problems now: Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia is determined to probe other search engines in the landmark Yandex case, including those from abroad. Meanwhile, Commercial Court of Moscow ordered Google to restore Tsargrad Media (blocked because of sanctions against its founder Mr.Konstantin Malofeyev) account and compensate certain sum of money for monetization. What are the consequences of these actions for Google? How would this affect its work in Russia?

Dmitry Magonya belives that this decision is a substantial precedent. This case is interesting because it is about everything  at the same time and immediately sets vectors for many cases that will appear in the future or are already being considered. This case is about digital IT giants: can they have discretion in the matter of blocking content or not? Can they block access to information resources without giving reasons.
