Rosatom getting ready to take over the management of Zaporozhian nuclear power plant

Rosenergoatom (an entity of state corporation Rosatom that manages Russian nuclear power plants) established joint stock company «Operating Organisation of Zaporozhian nuclear power plant», as follows from SPARK-Interfax data. The new company with the authorized capital of 2 billion roubles was registered 3 October. Earlier on Tuesday, this was also reported by TASS with a reference to an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
