According to Attorney of International Economic Compliance of ART DE LEX Marat Samarsky, subsequently a situation with such delays could be remedied by a separate guideline in pursuance of the provisions of clause 4 Article 310 of the EAEU Customs Code. This guideline could identify individual points for risk assessment and clearly communicate to persons who fulfil the guideline the consequences of delays for carriers and transportation companies, he explains. «But serious political will is needed for this», believes the lawyer.
