How the new EU sanctions will affect state-owned companies and industry

Attorney of International Economic Compliance of ART DE LEX Marat Samarsky notes that new sectoral restrictions actually deal with operation on the EU capital markets. According to him, in most cases they limit the ability of provision of any financial help to state companies (with the state-owned share exceeding 50%) for defence procurement purposes.
