Evgeny Arbuzov is one of the firm’s founding partners. He is the Head of the Real Estate and Construction Practice.

He has substantial experience representing clients before commercial courts, courts of general jurisdiction, and arbitration tribunals.
Many of his projects have involved disputes related to real estate and land ownership, as well as urban planning and development. Tax-related litigation and insolvency disputes also are among his specialties. The largest Russian banks, construction and development companies, and state entities trust Evgeny’s expertise to represent them in some of their most important matters.
