Art de Lex completed the process of becoming a member of the Non-Commercial Partnership "NAPI"
According to a decision of the Council of the Non-Commercial Partnership on the development of trading and purchasing industry "National Association of Purchasing institutions" (NP NAPI) the law firm Art de Lex was admitted to the non-commercial partnership NAPI. At the moment, the process of registration is finalized.
NP "NAPI" was established at the beginning of 2012 by the All-Russian public organization "Business Russia" and media holding "Expert". The Association is a non-profit organization that brings together the infrastructure, expertise, commercial, public and private organizations in the field of corporate, government and municipal procurement and is designed to promote an open dialogue between business and government to develop the sphere of procurement.
On the site of NP NAPI they develop modern legal, infrastructural and organizational solutions for the procurement development, which are clear and shared by the procurement community.
