On March 31, Pravo.ru held its traditional annual conference on real estate and construction entitled “Real Estate and Construction Market in 2021: Legal Risks”.

Advocate Alexander Petrov, the head of ART DE LEX Real Estate and Construction Practice, told the conference about the innovations that are currently developing in the field of digitalization of the industry. Among the topics touched were both new opportunities for obtaining meaningful information about the rights and restrictions of real estate, and the creation of a comprehensive digital infrastructure of the state information system for urban planning activities (SISUPA) based on BIM-modeling, as well as the future associated with superservices, which will certainly come to industrial construction.
