Pravo.ru annual conference «Development and Construction: Legal Issues»

The traditional conference «Development and Construction: Legal Issues» organized by Pravo.ru was held on 13 October 2021. Alexander Petrov, a group leader of the Real Estate and Construction Practice of ART DE LEX law firm, moderated the first session and told the conference participants about the advantages of co-working spaces, a new format of office property rental. He mentioned the absence of direct regulation of complex relations arising while using co-working spaces, and gave practical recommendations for lawyers.
