ART DE LEX Antitrust Regulation practice consolidates fair approaches for non-discriminatory access to electricity networks.  ART DE LEX defended the interests of FIC Invest, the largest production holding in Central Russia, in a dispute with PJSC Rosseti. As a result of the dispute, which began initially in the Arbitration Court of Moscow and then continued in the Arbitration Court of the Ryazan Region, it succeeded in proving not only the violation of the rules of connection to the network by the electric grid monopolist, but also the illegal termination by the territorial office of the FAS of the administrative case, previously initiated against the grid company.
