ART DE LEX law firm announces the formation of a Sports Law Group!

The Group will be headed by Anastasia Vasilenko

The Group will support Russian national and regional sports federations, sports clubs, sponsors, athletes, coaches and agents in solving urgent legal tasks both within the country and in large-scale international projects.

The Group will give support to business processes of sports organizations, sports accreditation procedures and transfers, and also protect the interests of athletes in sports arbitrations and represent the interests of Russian sports in interaction with international nongovernmental organizations.

The ART DE LEX team has been accumulating legal expertise and advising sports organizations on a wide range of issues for more than 10 years. ART DE LEX places a strong emphasis on projects with a social component. ART DE LEX has made it a priority to assist in promoting the Russian sporting interests and developing a sporting culture.

The team led by Anastasia Vasilenko is made up of advocates and lawyers with extensive experience in business and NGO activity, litigation and dealing with regulators.
