Google has partially unblocked the Tsargrad YouTube channel under the court decision

Google has partially unblocked the Tsargrad YouTube channel: it has appeared again on videohosting together with a small part of the content published earlier. However, Tsargrad has not received access to this account nor the ability to upload new records on the channel and monetise it.

The main Tsargrad requirement is not fulfilled yet — the TV channel has not received access to the Google account to which the YouTube channel is registered, says Managing Partner of Art de Lex Dmitry Magonya (participated in the process from the Tsargrad side). He emphasized that it is the account that makes it possible to manage the channel, to add new video records, to monetise it: “Without access to it, the other actions of Google will not be regarded as due performance of the court decision”.

At the restored YouTube account only a smaller part of the video records published earlier is contained, stressed Magonya. «From the very beginning, Google stated that it had deleted the channel and all its contents irrevocably. But since they have restored a certain part of the video records, they may have technical capability for fulfilment of the court decision and restore all deleted content», — he explained.
