Google has been approached from two sides

Google has been repeatedly obliged to unblock the Tsargrad YouTube channel, this time on the basis of the viewers’ lawsuits. Moscow City Court has declined the appeal of the American company. Now it will have to reactivate access to the channel for two particular people — Sergey Petrov and Tatiana  Gladyshevskaya, as stated in the decisions. In technical sense, this case is not related to the claims of Tsargrad itself to the corporation. The TV channel also demands to unblock its account. Proceedings are under way in the Commercial Court of Appeal. IF Google loses the dispute with Tsargrad, the company will have to pay a progressive penalty: 100 thousand roubles for each day prior to cancellation of the channel block. And every week the amount of daily penalty will be doubled.
