Coronavirus namesake playing situational marketing

The owner of a chain of Omicron ophthalmology clinics Aleksandr Padar used the new COVID variant for marketing purposes. He filed a lawsuit against the World Health Organisation (WHO), blaming it on the fact that the homonym COVID variant created huge reputational risks for him. Surveyed ADPASS experts regret not having a company with the word Omicron in its name: on the threshold of the fifth wave of coronavirus this would allow them to substantially save their efforts and resources on promotion.
