Dmitry Magonya, ART DE LEX Managing Partner, describes the details of why the court had to postpone the case of Tsargrad TV channel against Google. This expert, who represents the TV channel’s interests, draws attention to the forbidden appeal technique used by the foreign corporation, as well as to its foot-dragging in the proceedings.

“The reason for the postponement was the fact that Google Group companies provided additional documents, beyond the prescribed time limits, that is, in fact, acted unacceptably in terms of procedural behavior, used a procedural trick, in order to delay the case,” says ART DE LEX Managing Partner Dmitry Magonya, who represents Tsargrad’s interest.  “The court, faced with the fact that it has only today received a stack of documents from Google, has to take time to review them”.
