Supreme Court: a framework agreement does not suggest mandatory indication of material conditions for transactions based on it

Attorney, Head of Litigation and International Arbitration at ART DE LEX Artur Zurabian noted that the court of the first instance unjustifiably demanded from the defendant waybills and a work completion certificate, regarding them as exclusive and only allowed evidence of transportation executed. «By all means, such approach is wrong. The very fact of transportation, in the presence of a framework agreement and payments for transportation services, can be confirmed by other evidence as well, including (in combination with other ones) witness testimony», - he said.
