The technology partner of the main Russian TV advertising seller New Service Company (NSC) moved its head office to “South Skolkovo” — Federal Territory Sirius in Krasnodar Region. Sirius is an experimental public law entity, where the infrastructure of the Olympic Park in Sochi is turned into an innovative technology city at the initiative of Vladimir Putin and under the patronage of the fund Talent and Success of violoncellist Sergey Roldugin. NSC may become the largest taxpayer for Sirius. This is the first major company to move to Sirius: its annual earnings are just a little bit less than those of all other legal entities registered there previously.
