Alexander Petrov, a group leader of ART DE LEX Real Estate and Construction Practice, is certain that the trends that emerged last year do not lose relevance now. After all, the coronavirus epidemic is not “receding. One of these trends is related to the «millennials generation». It is thanks to these trends that co-working spaces are developing, notes Petrov.
