Roskomnadzor will be opposed by lawyers of companies that specialize in similar cases in many many countries of the world

Foreign companies will have a significant advantage in legal disputes against Roskomnadzor which is ready to impose sanctions against IT giants for non-compliance with the Law on ‘landing’. However, they are unlikely to make it through to trial. In the publication of ADPASS, lawyers and advertisers discuss the reasons why tech companies shall cooperate with the authorities.

If it comes to blocking, then Roskomnadzor will apply proven set of tools. ‘The legislation on communications requires operators to install special technical means of countering threats (TSPU) to quickly restrict access to an IT resource.
